Ok I have the worst luck with falling though Azeroth...
My bank alt was running along just fine... got on the boat from Auberdine to Azure Myst just fine... and tripped at the zone. Fortunately, my lvl 4 alt, unlike Wither, does not have Levitate so I cannot press it like the genius I am and end up floating for 20 minutes. This time I ended up in... Stonetalon. I guess that's better than Western Plaguelands, eh?
Oh well... I suppose I can get the X-roads bonfire while I'm here. Bank alts need dresses, you know?
